Marie is a European Christian & Gospel Singer/Songwriter from Austria. With a distinctive voice that critics have compared to Kathy Troccoli, Rachel Lampa and Jaqui Velasquez, Marie's music moves effortlessly between different styles while maintaining a deep rooting in Inspirational and Light Gospel.
Described as a 'unique and recognizable voice', Marie`s refreshingly authentic sound is deeply rooted in her Christian beliefs. As a young performer and award winning songwriter, Marie spent 3 years as a soloist with the Merry Gospel Choir and the Mission Music Group VESNIK, for whom she also wrote and arranged. As a member of of these groups, she sang on 1 CD and 2 DVD`s in her native Serbian language.
Her English solo debut CD 'Glory to God' was release in June 2008 as an independent self-produced release. In March 2009 she received the Great American Song Contest Honor Award for her song "Show Me The Way".
