General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Read our full General Returns Policy for information on exchanges, and for further details and policy exceptions.
Retail clients may return large orders for special events up to 45 days after the invoice date for a credit on their account. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org of your plans and quantities BEFORE you ship any returns.
Product Specific Policies
MusicCDs and DVDs: Must be returned in their original, unopened, and shrink-wrapped condition.
Performance Track Downloads: Cannot be returned. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.
BooksMust be returned unused and unmarked.
Returning Items from Other VendorsWe cannot accept returned products that were not purchased directly from Morning Song eStore.
Returns ExceptionsHere are the exceptions to our general Returns Policy:
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf an item you receive is damaged or defective you can return the item for a full refund.
Error-Related RefundsIf there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping.
Once received, we will immediately ship the correct product to you. The product must be returned undamaged and unopened to be exchanged for another product.
RefundsYou should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Refunds will be credited back to the payment method used.
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Credit for Items Received as GiftsWhen you return a gift, the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable, will be credited to the original purchaser's payment method when we receive the item. A gift you received may be replaceable by mail, if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect. Please follow these instructions to begin the return or replacement process.
