Faith First began their combined ministry in 1994, although individually they had been blessing audiences with their music since they were children. Although, Andrea, Marc, Scott and Shani attended the same high school in Southern California, the quartet wasn't formed until they were all enrolled in College. There, the four found they shared a love of music, a passion for God and a harmonic blend that made people stop and listen. When Shani heard about a contest for new Christian Artists, she sent in a recording of the group. Winning the group portion of the contest offered them a recording opportunity that resulted in the self-titled album, Faith First. Their next release, Not by Sight, was produced by Marc and Scott, and 2003 heralded their long-awaited third project, To You.
Faith First has concertized throughout the United States at colleges, youth conventions and churches. They have been featured on the Voice of Prophecy radio broadcasts, have appeared on the Family Reunion concert videos, and members of the group often sing with the Heritage Singers, and Faith First has been featured on the "Hour of Power" with Robert Schuller at the Crystal Cathedral.
